St Albans improves GCSE performance

In its final GCSE results as St Albans CE Specialist Engineering College before becoming St Albans Academy in September 2009, the school further improved its GCSE performance. 29% of pupils achieved five GCSE at grades A* - C including English and mathematics, up from 23% in 2008.
 
Principal David Gould congratulated all pupils and staff for their hard work and achievements.
